Ana (Bihelović) Grigorjev - Biography

Ana (Bihelovic) Grigorjev was born in Belgrade, Serbia. She graduated from the Design High School and subsequently from the Academy of Fine Arts (FLU) in Belgrade, Painting Department.

She has been working as an illustrator of children’s books (picture books, course books, novels, textbooks...). Up to date, she has illustrated more than 100 children’s books, 40 picture books and 10 course books for local and international publishers, such as: Narodna knjiga, Litera Books Greece, Nolit, Zavod za udzbenike i nastavna sredstva, Calamus, Decja knjiga, Kreativni Centar, Evro – Giunti, Eduka, Bookland, Carobna knjiga etc.

Some of the books she illustrated have been sold and translated in more than 13 countries and have become very popular. Such as: A Book for Every Girl and A Book for Every Boy (Kreativni Centar).

Since 2003, she has been a member of the ULUPUDS (The Association of Applied Arts Artists and Designers of Serbia).
